Andrew joined Lin Law in November of 2024 and focuses his practice in the areas of Estate and Business Succession Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Corporate Law, and Real Estate. Andrew, a Green Bay native, began his education at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he received a bachelor of business administration double majoring in finance, investments, & banking; and economics. Following his undergraduate studies, Andrew moved to Milwaukee. Andrew simultaneously earned degrees in law from Marquette University Law School (graduating cum laude) as well as a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University. While in law school, Andrew served as President of the Marquette University Law School Estate Planning Society, and worked as a research assistant to Associate Dean Vada Lindsey as she wrote and published a textbook on the federal taxation of estates, gifts, and trusts.
Before joining Lin Law, Andrew worked for an AmLaw 200 law firm, where his practice focused on business and transactional law, and estate planning. Andrew has a broad range of experience advising individuals, families, and business owners with regard to wealth planning and general business matters, including commercial contracts, business formation and reorganization, real estate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to becoming a member of the bar, Andrew gained valuable experience working in both the private and public sectors. Andrew served as an intern in the Office of Wisconsin State Representative John Nygren, then Co-Chair of the Wisconsin legislature’s Joint Finance Committee. He also interned for a multinational dairy company as a financial analyst.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time outside hiking, hunting, and fishing. Andrew is also an avid fan of all Wisconsin sports teams, but in particular the Green Bay Packers. He is hopeful that he’ll receive his Packers season tickets within the next few years (his parents wisely put him on the wait list shortly after he was born).
